Shipping Notice

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and fulfilled through our U.S. warehouse using USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 3-7 business days. Shipping rates are weight- and destination- based and calculated at checkout. Once an order is shipped, tracking is provided and carrier transit times apply. Address errors or failed deliveries may result in reshipment at the customer's expense.

Returns Policy - Non-Perishable Items

We accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or damaged item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization
