Returns Policy – Non-Perishable Items
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original packaging
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.
Items returned without prior authorization may be:

Returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
4. Inspection & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
Items that do not meet our return conditions may not qualify for a refund.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:
